By bringing the builder in before the first line is drawn, cost is tested against your budget at every decision, so the design stays buildable from day one.

How a Hallbar home performs

Hallbar’s ideal client comes to us before they have appointed an architect. From there, Patrik guides the whole journey, with the three of you, client, architect and builder, aligned around your budget from the very first concept.

Our story

Meet Patrik.

I started Hallbar with a simple conviction: that homes on the South Coast could be built to a higher standard than the industry took for granted. Drawing on my Swedish heritage, where homes are designed to perform in some of the most demanding climates on earth, I kept seeing the same thing here. Homes leaking energy, built to a minimum code that European builders would treat as a starting point.

I decided that if my name was going on a build, it would be built the way I believe homes should be: airtight, considered, and fit for the lives lived inside them.
